Claude AI- With Claude for Chrome

Claude for Chrome is a browser extension that reads pages, clicks buttons, fills forms, and navigates sites on your behalf.

Key features:

  • Multi-tab workflows let Claude handle multiple tabs in parallel—compile product comparisons, cross-reference documents, or triage inboxes without manual switching.

  • Scheduled automations run analytics pulls, inbox cleanup, or meeting prep daily or weekly—no triggers required.

  • Claude Code integration connects your terminal to the browser: build, test, and debug with Claude reading console errors directly.

Early feedback:

  • Excels at structured, repetitive tasks: summarizing, compiling research, generating spreadsheets.

  • Granular permissions: approve each action with full audit trails.

  • Not enterprise-ready for sensitive data workflows yet.

Limitations to know: Still in beta—Anthropic recommends avoiding financial, legal, or medical sites.

A better, faster, smarter way to

Capture Leads 24/7

The first business to respond wins 35-50% of sales. Yet 63% of companies never respond to inbound leads at all—and the average response time is 29 hours.

The fix isn't new software. Most CRMs (HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.) already have these features built in. The key is connecting them into one workflow:

  • Website chatbot → qualification: Use your CRM's built-in bot to greet visitors, ask qualifying questions, and answer FAQs instantly.

  • Chat → self-service scheduling: Connect the chatbot to your calendar tool so leads book their own appointments; 34% do this after hours.

  • Booking → SMS confirmation: Trigger an automatic text via integration (Salesmsg, Sakari, etc.); 82% of consumers check their text notifications within just five minutes.

  • Everything → CRM: Lead details, chat transcript, and appointment sync automatically to the contact record.

The outcome: Leads get a response in seconds. Appointments land on your calendar without phone tag. No new platforms—just the ones you have, finally working together.

What the Most Successful Business Owners Are Doing Differently with AI

A recent survey of 1,750 professionals surfaced a striking finding: founders are getting dramatically better results from AI than everyone else.

And it's not because they're using fancier tools. The difference is how they're using them.

Most people use AI for production tasks—drafting documents, cleaning up emails, creating content. Founders are doing something different: they're treating AI as a thinking partner.

The top three ways founders use AI are all strategic:

They're pressure-testing ideas, exploring scenarios, and using AI as a sounding board before making big calls. No other role has a single use case as dominant as founders' 32.9% focus on decision support.

The results speak for themselves:

  • 49% of founders save 6+ hours per week with AI (vs. ~25% for other roles)

  • 78% report positive ROI (vs. just 45% of designers)

  • 45% say their work quality is "much better"

On tools: ChatGPT remains dominant—72% of founders use it. But Claude is gaining ground fast, especially for strategic work. The survey notes that switching costs are low and loyalty is weaker than usage suggests. Worth experimenting if you've been locked into a single tool.

The takeaway for business owners: If you're only using AI to write faster, you're leaving the biggest gains on the table.

SMART WORDS OF THE WEEK:

"I insist on a lot of time being spent, almost every day, to just sit and think.”

— Warren Buffett

While most people race to clear their to-do lists, the most successful investors and founders protect time for strategic thinking. Production can wait—clarity can't.
